The Moment of Now

I'd like to give credit to someone for this picture but I got it in an email with a lot of other pictures.  The title of the email was "life captured in split seconds." 


The Pure Moment of Now



When you really think about it, what else is there but the pure moment of now?  The past is just that ... it has passed already.  You can't really live there anymore.  And the future hasn't taken place yet, even though we can certainly visualize what we'd like the future to be.  So what does that leave us?  Now.  I'm grateful for now.  And my new mantra is "Thank you for everything.  I have no complaints whatsoever."
