What Time Is It?

There are approximately seven billion human souls inhabiting our world. Some of them have forgotten who they really are. You know ... the ones who have a penchant for committing crimes and being a part of evil deeds in an attempt to bring fear and intimidation to the rest of us.

The fact is that there are more of us than there are of them. So what can we do to help humanity rise above? It's time for all of us to let our lights shine; to not be afraid of what they do so that we can bring more light to the planet. We all (including the evil-doers) have the God spark in us.

If you're in a darkened room with the door closed and someone opens that door, what happens? The light comes in and displaces the darkness. Be the light, because together we can brighten this world.

Here are a few suggestions, but I'm sure you can come up with your own.

  • Smile at a stranger today
  • Listen more; talk less
  • Close your eyes and picture your arms so big that they hug the whole planet
  • Think peaceful thoughts
  • Listen to soothing music
  • Find five things each day to be grateful for (it's easy when you think about it)
  • Take a walk and appreciate nature
  • Tell someone you love them
  • Expect miracles

Be good to yourself and each other. Namaste'

Heart 'O Mine

Everything I'm reading (not in the mainstream media) is saying that this month is going to bring about some major changes for humanity.  I sure hope so; it's been feeling rather bleak for so many of our fellow humans. Let's hope the changes are more heart centered and that consciousness will keep rising. Nothing is static; we're in a constant flow. Send out a wave of love to all who inhabit this beautiful blue orb we call home. We're all in this together.

I dedicate my silver heart - and my human one - to these positive changes. Namaste'
